Estimates

Typically, when you call we will discuss your needs in detail.  What type of flooring and services you need, the rooms or areas involved, the size of the rooms and a convenient time to meet.

This enables us to prepare or obtain the samples you need to see.  This will let you see different colors and textures in the surroundings where the new flooring can be judged with respect to wall colorings and lighting conditions.

Once you have decided on the flooring you like, we will prepare an estimate of the cost of the raw materials and labor.

When the estimate has been accepted, you will asked to provide deposit that is 50% of the total cost.

If for any reason the order is then cancelled, the deposit is refunded -- minus a cancellation fee of 20% of the total cost.
